Benefits: • Mission-Driven Work • Competitive salary • Flexible schedule Now Hiring: Executive and Leadership Coach (Contract Role) Remote with possible occasional on-site sessions at Princeton Plasma Physics Laboratory (PPPL), Princeton, NJ Contract through Augustine Angels Flexible Schedule | Compensation Based on Experience & Specialization About the Opportunity: Augustine Angels is seeking experienced Executive and Leadership Coaches to support a contract with Princeton Plasma Physics Laboratory (PPPL), a U.S. Department of Energy national research facility. Coaches will work with senior and mid-level leaders to deliver tailored coaching focused on leadership development, strategic thinking, performance improvement, and organizational growth. Key Responsibilities: • Deliver individualized leadership coaching sessions to assigned clients • Conduct stakeholder interviews and assessments to identify development areas • Create actionable development plans aligned with organizational goals • Guide clients through improvements in communication, influence, and decision-making • Report progress and outcomes using structured documentation templates • Submit required deliverables: Individual Action Plans, Status Reports, Final Evaluations Qualifications: • 5–7+ years of experience in executive, leadership, or management coaching • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field • Proven success in conducting assessments and creating development plans • Excellent interpersonal skills including communication, empathy, and feedback delivery • Professional coaching certification (e.g., ICF, CPCC) strongly preferred • Experience working with academic institutions, government, or research organizations is a plus Compensation: • Hourly rate is based on experience, certification, and area of specialization • Applicants are encouraged to include their desired hourly compensation rate in their application • This is a 1099 contract position (independent contractor) To Apply: • Submit your résumé and a brief statement of interest outlining: *Your relevant coaching experience and areas of expertise • Any coaching certifications you hold • Your desired hourly compensation for this role • 2–3 references or testimonials (if available) Compensation: $85.00 - $120.00 per hour We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
