Provide administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements.
Maintain confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Coordinate and facilitate communication between executives and other departments.
Act as a liaison between executives and external stakeholders, including clients and partners.
Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient and timely completion of projects.
Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment.
Assist with special projects and events as needed.
Compile and maintain records and databases.
Conduct research and gather data to support business initiatives.
Participate in team meetings and provide input and suggestions for process improvements.
Proactively identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for increased efficiency.
Handle phone and email inquiries and respond promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with other administrative assistants to ensure seamless support for all executives.
Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
