Our client, a leading brand in Dallas, is expanding and seeking an Entry Level Events Assistant to join their team. Position Overview:

As an Entry Level Events Assistant, you will play a key role in representing our client's brand at various retail events and promotional campaigns. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential customers, showcase and market products and services. This is a junior position, so comprehensive training will be provided. However, if you have previous experience in marketing, promotions, or customer engagement, it will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Engagement: Serve as the face of our client’s brand at retail events, trade shows, and promotional campaigns. Engage with potential customers to promote products and services.
• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
• Product Demonstrations: Conduct presentations and product demonstrations (based on client requirements) to effectively communicate product features and benefits.
• Product Knowledge: Acquire and retain extensive knowledge about the brand’s products and services, as well as competitor offerings.
• Customer Service: Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Customer Registration: Assist with new customer registrations, ensuring accurate and timely completion.
• Reporting: Track interactions and compile daily reports to provide valuable feedback to clients.
