We are currently looking for an Event Marketing Manager, who will join a small, action-oriented event marketing team, working with Event Operations Coordinator and reporting directly to the Event Lead.Job Description:What You’ll DoCoordinate and manage marketing participation in conferences, exhibitions, partner events, and webinarsWork directly with Event Lead on event planning, priorities, and executionPrepare event briefs, timelines, and internal communicationsAlign with Sales and Marketing teams on messaging, goals, and meeting planningCoordinate branding, content, booth presence, and promotional materialsWork closely with the Event Logistics Coordinator, who supports operational logistics and on-site executionCommunicate with vendors, agencies, and partners when neededUpload, manage, and process event leads in HubSpot, ensuring accurate tracking and follow-up with the Sales teamTrack key event metrics (meetings, leads, engagement) and support post-event reportingQualifications:What We’re Looking For2–3 years of experience in Event Marketing or Event Coordination, preferably in an IT / Tech companyExperience in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment is highly preferredExperience supporting B2B events and conferencesHands-on experience with HubSpot, including uploading and managing leadsStrong organizational and coordination skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlinesExperience working cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing teamsFluent EnglishHigh attention to detail - you notice what others missBroad outlook and strong visual/market awarenessNot afraid of routine tasks and able to handle operational work consistentlySelf-driven and proactive, able to move things forward without constant supervisionStrong sense of ownership over your scope and deadlinesStructured and organized Clear communicatorAbility to stay calm under pressure and manage last-minute changesCurious mindset and willingness to learn and improveAdditional Information:Benefits At Gcore, we want you to do your best work and enjoy the journey.
