Quickly answer online chat requests and questions, showcasing extensive knowledge of our website, products, and services
Engage in personalized, non-scripted conversations to drive customer loyalty and satisfaction
Work collaboratively with our team to meet individual and company benchmarks, prioritizing tasks and multi-tasking with ease
Utilize critical thinking skills, adaptability, and attention to detail to provide exceptional customer experiences
Requirements:
Typing speed of 75+ WPM (typing test available at https://www.typingtest.com)
Effective written and oral communication skills
Ability to navigate website pages, quickly identify information, and prioritize tasks
Detail-oriented, customer-focused, and adaptable, with a career-oriented and professional mindset
Experience in sales and/or customer service is a plus, as is fluency in multiple languages
