Team Members play a critical role in the success of the Restaurant welcoming and interacting with guests making sure Mokas is a friendly and upbeat environment. Team Member Select Job Duties & Responsibilities: Hospitality focused always, greeting guests, answering questions, and making helpful suggestions regarding food, drinks, and service. Takes pride in all aspects of their work, whether making sandwiches, brewing coffees, running the register, doing drive-thru, or focusing on cleanliness. Attentive in the Restaurant, sensing customer needs and keeping their manager and fellow team members informed on an ongoing basis. Prepares and delivers food and drinks with quality in mind, consistently meeting or exceeding guest expectations. A collaborative team member, always willing to play a role in making the work environment a warm and welcoming place. Recognizes how critical cleanliness and safety are to the Guest experience, the quality of the product and the success of the Restaurant. Successful team members consistently demonstrate exceptional hospitality and guest service, dependability, attention to detail, initiative, and teamwork. Ability to stand and exert fast-paced mobility during the work shift, have good sense of balance, be able to bend and kneel. Have the ability to lift and move items frequently weighing up to 30 pounds. Reading, writing, basic math, and verbal communications skills are required.
