Key Responsibilities Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of commercial medical facilities, including patient areas, waiting rooms, and restrooms Perform a variety of cleaning tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces Restock supplies and maintain cleaning equipment Work independently and follow instructions to complete tasks efficiently Demonstrate a strong work ethic and attention to detail Problem-solve and report any issues or concerns to management Essential Qualifications Previous cleaning experience preferred, but not required Attention to detail and strong work ethic Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Availability for flexible hours, including evening and night shifts Valid driver's license (required) Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a medical or healthcare setting Knowledge of cleaning techniques and protocols for medical facilities Certification in janitorial or custodial work Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
