You’ll thrive in this role if you: • Have 3+ years of experience estimating within Procore (Bid Board, Cost Catalog, or Estimating modules). • Can read construction drawings, perform digital takeoffs, and prepare detailed turnkey proposals. • Understand trade-level details in tile, hardwood, or flooring (preferred but not required). • Communicate clearly and thrive in a fast-paced, detail-driven, remote environment. What you’ll do: • Prepare and submit bids for custom residential and small commercial projects. • Work directly in Procore with our internal Project Management and Purchasing teams. Coordinate material pricing and verify quantities with vendors. • Track awarded projects through to kickoff for a smooth handoff to the field team.
