Estate Planning Associate Attorney
Job Overview InheritGuard, one of the largest provider of Estate Planning services in the nation has an opportunity for a licensed attorney in Indiana to help our clients with their estate planning needs. You will be working as an Independent Contractor and paid for services provided, including: Providing legal document drafting and review Consultation and acquisition of paid clients Co-Counseling with other network attorneys on specific cases. Bi-lingual attorneys will have even greater opportunities. Our attorneys enjoy the following benefits: - Work from home. Clients will be meeting with you via a virtual network. - We will provide adminstrative, marketing, and legal resources for you. No need for an office, staff, or typical office expenses. - All appointments will be pre-set for you. We average over 120 referrals per week that we need to set consultation meetings for. - You can set your own hours and the amount of clients that you want to work with. Part time or full time is available. Experience - Must be licensed (or soon to be licensed) in Massachusetts. Any law student awaiting bar exam results can also apply. - New attorneys are encouraged to apply. We provide better opportunties and revenues than what you will find in most law firms. - We have programs to assist you getting licensed in multiple states.
