As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in driving enrollment and program completion rates by conducting high-volume outreach to new and existing members. Our team is passionate about creating a supportive and inclusive work environment that fosters growth, collaboration, and innovation. **Job Summary** We're seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Customer Experience Associate to join our Member Experience Team. As a key member of our team, you'll conduct daily outreach via phone, text, and email to engage with members and prospects, driving enrollment and program completion rates. This is a full-time remote role, reporting to our Manager of Member Experience, and offers a competitive compensation package, inclusive work environment, and opportunities for professional growth and development. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Experience Associate, you'll be responsible for: * Conducting daily outreach via phone, text, and email to engage with members and prospects * Making over 100 outbound calls per day to connect with members and prospects * Enrolling at least 25% of connected leads into our program * Ensuring at least 25% of connected members take a class within 1 week of engagement outreach * Maintaining a customer satisfaction score of 92% or higher **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, call center customer service, or health coaching * Effective communication skills, with the ability to empathize with and actively listen to members * Experience working with CRMs and customer service tools (e.g., Insightly CRM, Zendesk) * Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle high-volume work * Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly absorb new information **Nice to Have** While not required, the following skills and experience would be beneficial: * Experience working with older adults, either directly or in a related field * Background in digital health or a related industry * Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion **What We Offer** As a Customer Experience Associate at arenaflex, you'll enjoy: * Competitive compensation: $20.00-$22.00/hour + annual bonus * Inclusive and supportive work environment * Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of aging adults * Professional growth and development opportunities **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we're passionate about creating a supportive and inclusive work environment that fosters growth, collaboration, and innovation.
