Role: ESP Batch Scheduling Consultant
Location: Greensboro, NC, Remote
Duration: 6+ months
Description:
Candidate must have:
ā¢ Hands on experience with IBM Z/OS, JCL, JES2, ISPF, SDSF.
ā¢ Demonstrated working experience with the Windows and UNIX operating environment.
ā¢ Excellent working knowledge of enterprise level Workload automation application, preferable CA-ESP.
ā¢ Extensive knowledge of data flow, mainframe/client server systems, problem analysis, and systems tuning
ā¢ Resourcefulness in multi-tasking, anticipating needs, developing creative solutions, and researching/synthesizing information to resolve problems with moderate supervision.
ā¢ The capacity to acquire complex technical concepts through training and self-study
ā¢ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
ā¢ Significant prior experience performing workload Automation (Batch Job Scheduling).
Candidate should have:
ā¢ Working knowledge of CA ESP (formerly from Cybermation)
ā¢ Working knowledge of CA Encore
ā¢ Working knowledge of CA ESP System Agent
Desirable
ā¢ Working knowledge of CA OPS/MVS
ā¢ Working knowledge of REXX programming
