ERP Sales Consultant
Base salary of $75,000–$85,000 plus uncapped commission. On-target earnings (OTE) of $150,000-180,000+ for top performers We are an ERP consulting firm specializing in Acumatica implementations for mid-sized businesses. We are hiring a hunter-style Sales Executive focused on generating and closing net-new business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on outbound prospecting, consultative selling, and owning the full sales cycle. What You’ll Do • Prospect, qualify, and close new ERP opportunities • Own the full sales cycle: outbound → discovery → demo → proposal → close • Sell Acumatica ERP (NetSuite experience also highly relevant) • Lead consultative discovery conversations with executives, finance, and operations • Partner with solution consultants on demos and deal strategy • Maintain accurate pipeline, activity tracking, and forecasts in CRM • Consistently meet defined sales performance expectations What We’re Looking For • Proven hunter mentality with success closing net-new B2B business • Experience selling Acumatica, NetSuite, or similar ERP platforms • Strong outbound prospecting skills (calls, email, LinkedIn, referrals) • Experience selling complex, consultative software solutions • Comfortable engaging CFOs, Controllers, COOs, and business owners • Self-motivated, organized, and effective in a remote environment • CRM experience Nice to Have • Experience selling through an ERP VAR or consulting partner • SMB / mid-market sales experience • Understanding of accounting, distribution, manufacturing, or services workflows Compensation & Benefits • Competitive base salary • Uncapped commission tied directly to revenue closed • Clear expectations and transparent commission structure • Remote work flexibility • Strong delivery and leadership support Why Join Us • Growing ERP practice with strong market demand • Clear focus on new logo acquisition • Collaborative sales + delivery culture • Opportunity to make a measurable impact on company growth Job Type: Full-time Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Application Question(s): • What was your annual software number last year? • What percentage came from net new vs. existing Experience: • ERP Sales: 3 years (Preferred) Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job
