Role and Responsibilities • Epic Willow Ambulatory, Inventory, Specialty Pharmacy w/Compass Rose • Epic Home Infusion, after WAM go-live • QTC Prolongation OPA • Anti-Xa and PTT calculator updates (in-progress) • Epic Dispense Prep conversion from DoseEdge (in-progress) • Infusion Pump Integration - BD Alaris Pumps (in-progress) • Opening new Retail Pharmacy location (in-progress) • Meds-2-Beds (in-progress)eRX to NDC charge (in-progress) Preferred Qualification • Epic Willow Ambulatory Certification is preferred for the Pharmacist. • Epic Willow Inpatient Certification is required for the Pharmacist • At least five years’ experience with Epic Willow build, configuration, testing, and support in healthcare settings • Strong knowledge of pharmacy workflows, medication build, order sets, and integration with clinical applications • Ability to collaborate with clinicians, IT, and operational leadership to optimize Epic Willow Ambulatory functionality • Skilled in troubleshooting, go-live support, and post-implementation optimization within Epic environments • Experience with Epic Willow Inpatient and Epic Willow Inventory is preferred.
