Responsibilities
Manage current clients and develop new business opportunities.

Develop and implement remediation strategies for hazardous waste sites.

Conduct Phase I/II environmental assessments for real estate development.

Perform due diligence and regulatory compliance audits.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Geology, Environmental Science, or Civil/Environmental Engineering; Master's degree is a plus.

10+ years of applicable experience in hazardous waste site investigation and remediation.
,
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in regulatory submittals.
,
Demonstrated experience in project management, budgeting, and cost control.

Experience supervising technical and administrative staff.
,
Strong leadership, team building, and interpersonal skills.
,
Proven business development and client management experience.
,
Experience with soil and groundwater characterization at RCRA, CERCLA, and Brownfield sites.
,
Knowledge of environmental compliance, including spill response plans and permitting.
Nice-to-haves
Professional Engineer (P.E.) or Professional Geologist (P.G.) certification.
