Entry Level/Remote - Destination Event Coordinator

Responsibilities & Roles:
Ā Be a team player, willing to help out when needed
Ā Plan spectacular trips for corporate and leisure clients
Ā Handle bookings for airfare, car rentals, cruises, hotels, tickets, and events
Ā Present services to clients through compelling presentations
Ā Review and respond to all emails and phone calls promptly
Ā Follow all company rules and guidelines
Ā Offer exceptional remote customer service throughout the booking process, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing support
Ā Utilize time management skills to research, plan, and book vacation packages for clients
Ā Collaborate with villa owners, property managers, and local partners to secure services, accommodations, and special arrangements for clients
Ā Stay informed about luxury travel trends and emerging villa destinations to provide relevant recommendations
Ā Participate in familiarization trips/tours and ongoing training as needed
Ā Obtain certification to book travel within 5 days of starting
Ā Maintain appropriate documentation of client forms
Ā Stay active on social media platforms to reach clients
Ā Participate in group meetings/trainings
Ā Verify all information from clients
Ā Be a self-starter and motivated
Ā Meet timely deadlines set by the team
Ā Exceed clients' expectations and anticipate their needs when planning trips
Ā Prepare, plan, and sell travel (including but not limited to airline, car rentals, cruises, hotels, and tickets/events)
Ā Handle all planning of ground transportation to and from accommodations for clients
Ā Offer insurance options to clients to cover any unforeseen changes in plans
Ā Work well in a group/team setting
