Job Title: Entry-Level IT Technician Location: Parkway, Secaucus, NJ 07094 Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: Rotational or Fixed Shifts Available Pay Rates by Shift: • 1st Shift (7:00 AM – 3:45 PM): $17/hr • 2nd Shift (3:00 PM – 11:45 PM): $19.55/hr • 3rd Shift (11:00 PM – 7:45 AM): $21.25/hr Job Summary: We are hiring an Entry-Level IT Technician to join our growing technology team in Secaucus, NJ. This role is perfect for someone starting their career in IT, with a strong interest in troubleshooting and hardware support. On-the-job training will be provided. Responsibilities: • Provide first-level technical support for hardware and software issues. • Assist in setting up and imaging workstations, laptops, and other devices. • Support network connectivity and printer troubleshooting. • Maintain, track, and organize IT equipment and inventory. • Collaborate with senior IT staff for escalation and resolution of complex issues. • Follow documentation and standard operating procedures. • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace. Requirements: • High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate Degree in IT is a plus). • Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software. • Willingness to work on-site in Secaucus, NJ. • Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks independently. • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. • Must be able to lift and move IT equipment as needed. Preferred Qualifications: • Familiarity with Windows OS, Microsoft Office, or ticketing systems. • IT-related certification (e.g., CompTIA A+, Google IT Support) is a plus. • Prior internship or hands-on technical support experience is helpful but not required.
