- Partner with Sullivan Agency Group to sell life insurance, whole life, mortgage protection, annuities, index universal life, etc.
- Utilize the leads system to connect with potential clients and protect their families
- Participate in the fast-track licensing program if not already licensed
- Maintain a growth and entrepreneur mindset to succeed in the role
- Follow the proven system and align with the core values of the organization
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Possess a laptop/computer with a video camera
- Have high-speed internet access
- Use a smartphone for work purposes
- Hold an insurance license (assistance provided to obtain the license if accepted)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and be self-motivated
- Positive mental attitude and resilience in the face of challenges
- Coachable and willing to learn and grow
