Role Overview
As an BDR, youll be the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for prospecting, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for Account Executives. Key Responsibilities
Prospect & Identify Leads Research businesses that benefit from our VOIP solutions.
Cold Outreach Conduct calls, emails, and LinkedIn messaging to generate interest.
Qualify Leads Identify key decision-makers and assess business needs.
Schedule Appointments Set up meetings for Account Executives.
CRM Management Track all prospect interactions and maintain a sales pipeline.
Follow-Up Nurture leads through multiple touchpoints.
Collaborate with Sales & Marketing Refine outreach strategies.
Qualifications
0-2 years of experience (entry-level welcome).
Strong communication and resilience in outbound sales.
Goal-oriented with a drive to exceed targets.
CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
Basic understanding of VOIP technology is a bonus.
