[Remote] Workday HRIS Analyst

The Workday HRIS Analyst is responsible for the configuration, administration, support, and continuous improvement of Workday Human Capital Management modules, partnering closely with People Operations stakeholders to optimize business processes and ensure system integrity across various HR modules.ResponsibilitiesMonitor and resolve support tickets for Workday HCMOwn configuration and ongoing administration of Workday HCM modules including Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Recruiting, Talent & Performance, and LearningDesign, build, and maintain Workday business processes, condition rules, notifications, and security assignmentsManage Workday tenant configuration across production and sandbox environmentsSupport bi-annual Workday release cycles including feature review, testing, and deploymentServe as the primary point of contact for People Operations stakeholders on Workday system questions, issues, and enhancement requestsTranslate People Operations business requirements into Workday configuration solutionsConduct user acceptance testing with People Operations partners and document outcomesDevelop and deliver end-user training materials and job aids for Workday HCM functionalityBuild and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and scorecards to support HR operational and strategic needsPartner with People Operations leadership to deliver workforce analytics including headcount, turnover, compensation, and DEI metricsEnsure data quality and consistency across HCM data domainsLead or support Workday HCM project initiatives including new module deployments, process redesigns, and system integrationsProactively identify opportunities to improve People Operations processes through better use of Workday functionalityDocument configuration decisions, business process designs, and system changesSkillsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or related field4+ years of hands-on Workday HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence configuration experienceProficiency in Core HCM, and at least two of: Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Absence, Talent & PerformanceExperience building Workday reports using Report Writer and calculated fieldsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detailExcellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with non-technical HR stakeholdersWorkday Pro certification in Compensation, Payroll, Time Tracking, or related functional areasExperience with Workday EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builder) for data loadsFamiliarity with Workday integrations (PICOF, PECI, Core Connectors)Experience supporting Workday in a multi-entity or multi-country environmentBenefitsBeyond competitive compensation, our well-rounded benefits package includes a range of comprehensive medical, dental and vision plans, HSA / FSA, 401(k) matching, an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and more.Company OverviewA.M.P. is a group of urologists and oncologist professionals that have been practicing in Auburn, New Hartford, and Syracuse for many years.
