We are seeking a detail-oriented Reservations Agent to join our team. As a Reservations Agent, you will play a key role in assisting clients with reserving vacation rentals, cruises, resorts, theme parks and more.

Responsibilities
Ā Handle client inquiries and provide information on, availability, and amenities
Ā Assist clients in making reservations and booking a vacations
Ā Manage reservation systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
Ā Coordinate with vendors to meet clients needs and resolve issues promptly
Ā Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the overall client experience
Skills
Ā Experience in hospitality industry preferred but not required
Ā Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
Ā Sales skills to promote additional services
Ā Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
