We are a small consulting firm seeking a part-time, contract bookkeeper to support client financials. This is a fully remote role with room to grow over time.

THE ROLE
This is a remote, contract bookkeeping role that includes:
- Bank and credit card reconciliations
- Accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Billing and customer invoicing
- Working with Excel for financial tracking and reporting
Some availability during regular business hours is required.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience
- 3+ years of QuickBooks experience
- 3+ years of Microsoft Excel experience
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Team-oriented, dependable, and analytical
EMPLOYMENT TYPE
