Cloud and CI/CD Concepts: Understands how pipelines and deployments fit within modern development. Testing: Understands test importance and can write simple unit tests. Pair Programming: Comfortable learning through collaboration and active feedback. AI Tools: Can use tools like Copilot or LLMs as support but must understand the code being produced. Demonstrates enthusiasm , self-learning mindset , and coachability. Nice-to-have: AI Tooling Proficiency : Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation.
