Responsibilities
Ā Complete and process all applications for business submitted by agents
Ā Ensure accuracy of information provided and all forms needed are included when forwarded to the insurance/security agencies.
Ā Submit all completed in good order applications and forms to the proper agencies.
Ā Follow-up on pending applications with various insurance/security agencies and transfer companies to keep the application process moving forward.
Ā Research and analyze application issues and provide problem resolution
Ā Answer agents requests and respond to their needs in a timely manner
Ā Additional duties and responsibilities as required by management
Requirements
Ā Bachelor's degree required
Ā Excellent customer service skills
Ā Strong organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task
Ā Strong oral and written communication skills
Ā At least 2 years of customer experience, preferred
Ā Working knowledge of real estate documentation, underwriting policies, compliance, and procedures, preferred
$55,000 - $65,000 a year
