**Job Summary**

As a Work At Home Amazon Customer Service Representative, you will be the voice of careerzynith, providing exceptional support to our valued customers. You will manage inquiries through various communication channels, assisting customers with their concerns and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. **Key Responsibilities**

* Handle customer queries regarding orders, payments, refunds, and product information

* Use various software applications to navigate the careerzynith platform effectively
* Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional support

**Essential Qualifications**

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, or customer service) preferred
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
