Entry Level Life Insurance Sales Representative (South Carolina residents only)
Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting clients in selecting the right insurance policies to meet their needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others, with the ability to analyze client requirements and market suitable insurance products effectively. Position is 100% commission based.
Responsibilities
• Analyze clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
• Communicate effectively with clients to explain policy details, terms, and conditions.
• Negotiate policy terms with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Stay updated on industry trends and changes in insurance regulations to better serve clients.
• Meet with clients in person to educate and guide them on the life insurance request and need.
Experience
• Strong customer service background with the ability to build rapport with clients
• Experience in sales administration or retail sales is a plus.
• Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes for clients and the company.
• Life insurance license preferred
• This is a commission only position for your first year in this position you can make anywhere between $80,000and $100,000 a year
What’s Provided:
• Hands on training- Field training will be provided to ensure proficiency in the sales process
• Flexible schedule- The Sales Associate position includes a flexible position however each individual is expected to work 40 hours a week.
• Continuous coaching- We help the agent learn while they earn. The coach and upper management are available during all hours to assist the agent during the sales process.
