Identify and assess new data sources (controlled and uncontrolled) that could add consistent value to arenaflex's products and services
Drive continuous improvement in risk management techniques and systems, incorporating regulatory feedback and industry best practices
Lead project management initiatives, driving business change and reengineering processes to achieve operational excellence
Utilize MS Excel for financial and data reporting and modeling, as well as Data bricks, Python, R, SAS, SQL, Tableau, Terawatt, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Unix
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Graduate degree in Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Econometrics, Operations Research, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Additionally, you should have at least 1 year of experience in each of the following areas:
Risk management
Interpreting complex analyses for technical and non-technical audiences
Working with technical, scientific, business, and non-technical teams
Cost-benefit analyses and developing and implementing business process improvement strategies
Project management experience, driving business change, and reengineering processes
