Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct virtual consultations with prospective clients to assess their life insurance and investment needs
• Customize insurance plans to suit individual client needs
• Commit to training, licensing and attendance of mentorship meetings

The desired candidate would possess the following skills:
• You're a self-starter capable of thriving on a team
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral
• Entrepreneurial Mindset
• Prior insurance industry experience is not required, but a plus
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Ability to develop, manage and drive growth
• Experience in sales, marketing and business are preferred but not required

Requirements:
• Must be 18+ (This is a FEDERAL requirement)
• Must pass a STATE background check (No Felonies)
• Accountable & Disciplined
• Trustworthy & Honest
• Must live within the United States & be authorized to work in the U.S
