Neogen Corporation is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to act as a trusted advisor to leaders across the US and Canada Commercial organisation. This role focuses on shaping talent strategy and driving business performance by partnering with senior commercial stakeholders and delivering on key HR initiatives.ResponsibilitiesPartner with senior commercial leaders to align people strategies with business priorities, growth plans and organisational objectivesProvide strategic coaching and guidance on organisational design, leadership effectiveness, talent management, succession planning, employee relations and change managementLead talent review, succession planning and high-potential identification processes, using data and insights to strengthen organisational capabilitySupport organisational change initiatives, including restructuring, workforce productivity reviews, team effectiveness interventions and change adoption planningAdvise on performance management, policy interpretation, investigations and employee relations matters, ensuring consistent and compliant application of policies and employment practicesUse workforce analytics, talent metrics and business data to identify trends, recommend actions and drive continuous improvement across HR processes and leader experienceSkillsSignificant progressive Human Resources experience, including substantial experience in a senior HR Business Partner roleExperience supporting sales, commercial, customer-facing or revenue-generating functions in a complex, matrixed environmentProven ability to influence senior leaders and translate business priorities into effective talent and workforce strategiesStrong experience in organisational change, workforce planning, talent reviews, succession planning, employee relations and performance managementExcellent consulting, coaching, facilitation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust at all levelsStrong analytical and problem-solving capability, including the ability to interpret workforce data and convert insights into practical business actionsBenefitsStandard benefits packageCompany OverviewNeogen®’s Solutions Can Be Found at Every Step of the Food Chain.
