Entry Level Insurance & Financial Services Trainee – Remote Training Program

No insurance sales, financial recommendations, or client solicitation occurs prior to proper licensure.

A state-issued Life Insurance license is legally required before conducting insurance business or earning commissions in this role.
Compensation
Potential income for licensed professionals in this role typically ranges between:
$75,000 – $145,000 per year (performance-based potential).
Compensation is commission-based and tied to the sale of approved insurance products after obtaining the required license and authorization.
Trainees participating in the pre-licensing training phase do not receive compensation until licensure and authorization requirements are met.
