Ability to climb ladders and lift up to 375 lbs (including equipment).

Comfortable with physically demanding tasks like kneeling or crawling.
A valid drivers license is required.
Must pass a drug test, background check, and driving record assessment.
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
Must be available to start by 03/31/25.
Willing to travel to Kentwood, MI for training (hotel and expenses covered for eligible candidates).
