No experience needed - we have training available if needed and even source the owner-operators for you, so you can focus on getting them high-paying loads and growing your dispatch business. This is a 1099 independent contractor role, meaning you're in control of your time and income potential. We equip you with tools, guidance, and the opportunity to build your own client base from the start.
