We are seeking a talented and passionate Entry-Level Data Analyst to join our growing team. In this fully remote role, you will contribute to a data migration project, ensuring data accuracy, cleanliness, and readiness for transfer to Salesforce. This involves close collaboration with the Team Lead and other analysts, requiring strong analytical, technical, and teamwork skills.
About the Role
As an Entry-Level Data Analyst, your key responsibilities will include:
Extracting, cleaning, and validating data from existing systems
Assisting in developing workflows to prepare data for migration to Salesforce
Ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and compliance throughout the process
Analyzing datasets to identify trends, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement
Creating reports and visualizations to support data-driven decision-making
Collaborating with team members to develop insights that inform organizational goals
Working closely with the Team Lead and other analysts to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines
Providing regular updates on progress and challenges to the team
Participating in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to optimize data processes
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
1+ years of experience in data analytics or a related role (entry-level candidates with strong skills are encouraged to apply)
Experience with data cleaning and preparation (strongly preferred)
Proficiency in SQL and/or other data manipulation languages
Strong knowledge of Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Effective communication and teamwork skills
