Qualifications
ā¢ Previous experience in customer service or call center environment is preferred.

ā¢ Strong office skills including data entry and familiarity with computer systems.
ā¢ Ability to type efficiently while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
ā¢ Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with customers.
ā¢ A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
