You will work with multiple clients throughout the day, providing outstanding service and product knowledge. This position requires a strong and diverse skillset in relevant areas to drive success. Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional client experiences by delivering outstanding service and product knowledge
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
Work with multiple clients throughout the day, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and provide solutions
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge to provide informed solutions to clients
Meet and exceed sales and performance targets
Participate in weekly trainings and team meetings to stay informed and aligned with company goals
Essential Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
0-2 years of experience in client relations, sales, or a related field
Excellent communication skills, including active listening and problem-solving
Ability to learn, adapt, and adjust on the go
Strong work ethic and drive to succeed
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in a remote work environment
Industry knowledge or experience in a related field
Certifications or training in client relations, sales, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with CRM software and other sales tools
