Entry-Level CDL-A Driver — Weekly Home Time

Entry-level CDL-A drivers will operate a dedicated dry van lane with consistent weekly home time. This role is intended for recent graduates of initial driver training who prefer steady, no-touch freight assignments. Estimated annual compensation: $70,000 to $85,000 USD. Schedule and training: • Weekly home schedule. • 4-6 weeks of on-road mentorship with a trainer; paid training provided during the mentorship period. Equipment and freight: • Late-model Cascadia tractors with automatic transmissions. • Dry van trailers; freight assignments are 100% no-touch. Primary responsibilities: • Safely operate Class A commercial motor vehicles in compliance with DOT regulations and company policies. • Transport dry van freight on assigned dedicated routes, adhering to schedules and delivery instructions. • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report defects or maintenance needs promptly. • Maintain accurate driving logs, inspection records, and required maintenance documentation. • Communicate professionally and promptly with dispatch and at customer sites. Minimum qualifications: • Valid CDL-A license. • Prefer completion of at least 120 hours of truck driving school within the past 12 months or an equivalent program. • Minimum age of 21 years. • Ability to meet DOT medical and regulatory requirements and to pass required drug screening. • Proficiency in English sufficient for safe operation and clear communication. • 10-4 Logistics USA is an equal opportunity employer; employment decisions are made without regard to legally protected characteristics.
