The role involves building and executing a territory strategy for enterprise account acquisition and managing complex sales cycles while engaging with senior stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesBuilding and executing a territory strategy focused on enterprise account acquisitionDeveloping and managing a strong self-generated pipelineLeading complex sales cycles from discovery through to negotiation and closeEngaging with senior stakeholders, including C-suite executivesCreating compelling business cases and ROI-driven value propositionsManaging multiple stakeholders across IT, Procurement, Finance, Legal, and Executive teamsContributing to sales playbooks, messaging, and best practices as the business scalesDelivering accurate forecasting and pipeline reportingSkillsIT Service Management (ITSM) Experience required10+ years of proven success selling complex enterprise SaaS solutions into Fortune 500 and large corporate organisations across the USStrong focus on new business acquisition, enterprise prospecting, and closing complex opportunitiesSolid background within IT, IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations, Service Desk environments, or the broader ServiceNow ecosystemAbility to engage credibly with IT and ITSM leaders from day oneConsistent quota over-achievement in enterprise sales environmentsProven experience managing and closing complex, multi-stakeholder five and six-figure enterprise dealsDemonstrated ability to navigate long sales cycles and executive-level decision-making processesDeep understanding of consultative and value-based selling methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger Sale, SPIN, or similar frameworksAbility to build pipeline independently and create opportunities through strategic prospectingExperience succeeding in high-growth or scaling businesses where processes, structures, and playbooks are still evolvingStrong ability to understand and communicate both technical and commercial conceptsSkilled at translating IT and ITSM challenges into measurable business outcomes, ROI, and strategic valueComfortable engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders throughout the sales processBenefitsStock & PackageCompany OverviewWinners: Best Start-Up Agency – The Global Recruiter Awards 2025.
