Entry-Level Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst
About the Role We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented Entry-Level Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join our data and reporting team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals who are passionate about transforming data into insights that support business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build reports, dashboards, and data models while gaining hands-on experience in the BI domain. Key Responsibilities • Assist in collecting, organizing, and validating business data from various sources • Develop and maintain dashboards and BI reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker • Support data modeling, ETL processes, and documentation • Analyze trends, performance metrics, and KPIs to support business objectives • Collaborate with teams in operations, finance, marketing, and product to understand reporting needs • Ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency in all datasets and reports • Participate in improving BI processes and data quality initiatives Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field • 0–2 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or reporting (internships welcome) • Basic understanding of data visualization and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) • Familiarity with SQL for querying databases • Strong proficiency in Excel • Good analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to explain data insights clearly and professionally Preferred Skills • Exposure to ETL tools (e.g., SSIS, Talend, Informatica) • Experience with Python or R for data analysis • Understanding of relational databases and data warehousing concepts • Knowledge of KPI development and performance measurement What We Offer • Hands-on experience working with real business data • Training and mentorship from experienced BI professionals • A collaborative work environment that supports learning and growth • Opportunities to progress into mid-level BI, Data Analyst, or Data Engineer roles Apply tot his job
