**Job Summary**

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Engineer to join our team in California. As a Data Engineer, you'll play a critical role in designing, building, and maintaining our data infrastructure. You'll work closely with our cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Design, build, and maintain large-scale data pipelines that feed our business-critical systems
* Collaborate with our data science team to develop and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction
* Work closely with our engineering team to develop and implement data infrastructure that supports our web and cloud applications
* Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and secure data solutions that meet the needs of our business and customers
* Collaborate with our data governance team to ensure data quality, security, and compliance
* Develop and maintain documentation and knowledge base for data solutions and infrastructure
* Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality code and data solutions
* Collaborate with our DevOps team to ensure smooth deployment and operation of data solutions and infrastructure
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in data engineering and architecture

**Essential Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
* 3+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on data engineering and architecture
* 2+ years of experience with Java, Python, Scala, and other programming languages
* 2+ years of experience with Big Data technologies such as Hadoop, Hive, HBASE, Kafka, Nifi, and Spark
* 2+ years of experience with relational databases such as MS SQL Server, Oracle, and Teradata
* Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and data governance
* Experience with cloud-based platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data problems and develop creative solutions
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
* 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on data engineering and architecture
* Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
* Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence technologies such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
* Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
* Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
* Experience with agile development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban

**Skills and Competencies**

* Strong understanding of data engineering and architecture principles
* Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and data governance
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data problems and develop creative solutions
