Entry Level Auto Claims Adjuster
About the position Responsibilities Support members of the military community and their families with auto claims. Participate in a comprehensive training program to learn about claims processing and customer service. Develop a proactive and independent support style to service membership effectively. Attend mandatory in-office training sessions for the first eight weeks. Work from home two days a week after six months in-office, as determined by the manager. Requirements Strong commitment to serving the military community and their families. Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and systems. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and independently after training. Nice-to-haves Previous experience in customer service or claims processing is a plus.
