They are seeking a motivated and strategic Business Development Manager to drive new revenue growth within key verticals, identifying enterprise targets and developing them into qualified leads while managing long-term relationships.ResponsibilitiesProactively identify and research potential partners within the entertainment, gaming, and sports industries for our suite of e-commerce solutionsDevelop a robust pipeline of qualified leads for our core services: official online stores, Amazon distribution, and wholesale licensed product programsUtilize our existing relationship network, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, industry events, and other creative methods to identify and connect with key decision-makers (e.g., Heads of Licensing, Brand Managers, E-commerce Directors)Secure and organize initial discovery calls and meetings, collaborating with Snow leaders to communicate Snow Commerce's value propositionStrategically involve Snow Commerce leadership and subject matter experts in prospect discussions to showcase our deep expertise and tailored solutionsManage the sales pipeline by diligently following up with prospects on action items and next steps, ensuring a seamless and professional experienceServe as the internal project manager for new business opportunities, ensuring smooth handoffs and communicationCollaborate closely with internal team members (marketing, operations, design) to prepare compelling presentations, proposals, and follow-up materials for prospectsEnsure all sales activities and communications are meticulously tracked in our CRM systemPartner with the marketing team to coordinate and execute targeted outreach strategies that attract and impress prospectsContribute to our thought leadership by helping to create and share relevant content, such as LinkedIn posts, website blogs, and industry news analysisAct as a brand ambassador, representing Snow Commerce positively across professional networks and at industry eventsSkillsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, MBA is a plusProven track record of at least 8 years in enterprise sales closing complex, high-value deals, preferably in the merch-on-demand, manufacturing, or related industriesStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and effectively convey informationResults-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding targets and achieving sales goalsExcellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlinesProficiency in using sales tools, CRM software, Google Apps for Business, and Microsoft Office suiteSelf-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a teamAdaptability and willingness to learn about new products, technologies, and industry trendsStrong negotiation and problem-solving abilitiesBenefitsHealth, dental, vision, and life insuranceUnlimited PTO401k with company matchPersonal and professional development opportunitiesA fast-paced eCommerce retail environment where you can learn and grow while working with major brandsCompany OverviewFyul is a software company that provides print-on-demand services for creators and brands.
