Entry Level Auto Claims Adjuster
About the position Responsibilities • Support members of the military community and their families with auto claims. • Participate in a comprehensive training program to learn about claims processing and customer service. • Develop a proactive and independent support style to service membership effectively. • Attend mandatory in-office training sessions for the first eight weeks. • Work from home two days a week after six months in-office, as determined by the manager. Requirements • Strong commitment to serving the military community and their families. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and systems. • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and independently after training. Nice-to-haves • Previous experience in customer service or claims processing is a plus.
