About the Role Campus is hiring dedicated, student-centered Teaching Assistants to support our live, online college courses. As a TA, you’ll play a key role in building meaningful relationships with students, helping them stay engaged, organized, and on track throughout the term. This role is ideal for aspiring educators, graduate students, and professionals who want to make a real impact on students from all backgrounds, especially those historically underserved by higher education.TAs are integrated into the instructional team and work closely with the Instructor to ensure students receive timely feedback and academic support.Academic Responsibilities and Essential FunctionsSupport and grade assignments for a group of 30-40 students in an 11-week online courseAct as a mentor and coach to students as they learn new skills and develop as professionalsAttend lectures within the 11-week online courseLead discussion sections to reinforce key conceptsHost weekly office hours to deepen student understanding and build communityCommunicate with students regularly and respond to messages in a timely mannerHelp students stay motivated and build strong academic habitsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurship, Business Administration, or a related field and/or actively working in a startup, venture, or business development roleExperience teaching, tutoring, or mentoring undergraduate studentsStrong communication skillsPassion for student successComfort with digital tools and platforms, including LMS and video conferencingAvailable to commit 4-6 hours per week, with some flexibility for trainingCompensation$2,000 per 4-credit course/11 week quarter$1,185 per 1-2 credit course/11 week quarterBenefitsFlexible Scheduling: Work remotely and select the courses and time blocks that fit your schedule.Professional Development: Gain experience in live online instruction and student mentoring.Faculty Mentorship: Collaborate directly with experienced college instructors.Impactful Work: Support students from diverse and historically underserved communities.Pathways to Advancement: Opportunity to pursue Instructor roles.Upcoming 2026 Academic QuartersSummer Quarter: July 6 – September 18Fall Quarter: October 5 – December 18
