Enterprise Business Development Representative
Checkr is building a data platform to power safe and fair decisions, serving over 100,000 customers. The Enterprise Business Development Representative will generate sales pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting and account research, supporting the sales team in achieving business goals.ResponsibilitiesGenerate qualified opportunities through outbound prospecting, calling and emailingWork with your manager and account executives to create an account penetration plan for your book of businessConsistently work your book of business, while balancing any inbound engagements or marketing generated leads via effective time managementDemonstrate knowledge of Checkr solutions and value propositions clearly and conciselyDemonstrate knowledge of the prospectsβ and curiosity where you may have gapsMaintain and improve CRM data quality as it relates to your book of businessPartner with two to three Account Executives to build a pipeline of new business opportunitiesAbility to multitask and prioritize a large list of accountsPerform market research to gather information about prospects, and add prospects to CRMSkillsYou have experience in a world-class outbound sales development role, in the ENT space is a plus (9 - 12 months preferred)Experience with SalesforceYou're a quick learner that is excited to take on challenging projectsYou bring a collaborative team mentality to the tableYou have the ability to self-motivate, prioritize and manage unstructured timeYou're personable, a clear and direct communicator, and can make connections with both prospects and internal teams at CheckrYou have the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable with changeYou have a track record of success in effectively developing and managing outbound pipeline at a SaaS (Software as a Service) company, selling into Enterprise businesses (for clarity, this is a business with >15k employees)You have experience using sales tools such as Outreach, Sales Navigator or equivalent sales tech stackYou have created successful outbound email messaging to source your own meetings with prospectsYou consistently met or exceeded your quota in an outbound sales development roleAn A-player mindset with a strong bias for action: you raise the bar, move with urgency, stay resilient through ambiguity, and take ownership to deliver meaningful outcomesBenefitsLearning and development allowanceCompetitive compensation and opportunity for advancement100% medical, dental, and vision coverageUp to $25K reimbursement for fertility, adoption, and parental planning servicesFlexible PTO policyMonthly wellness stipendCompany OverviewCheckr is the data platform that powers safe and fair decisions.
