English Transcriber (Remote, Freelance/Full-Time/Part-Time)
We are seeking detail-oriented and experienced English Transcribers to join our team. As a transcriber, you will be responsible for accurately converting audio and video content into written text. The role requires strong listening skills, excellent grammar, and fast typing speed.

Key Responsibilities

• * Edit and proofread transcriptions to ensure quality and readability.
• Required Skills and Qualifications
• * Fluent in English (spoken and written) with strong grammar and punctuation skills.
• * Excellent listening skills and ability to transcribe audio with various accents and speech patterns.
• * Typing speed of at least 50-70 words per minute (WPM) with high accuracy.
• * Familiarity with transcription tools and software (e.g., Express Scribe, Otter.ai, Descript, or similar).
• * Ability to handle multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.
• * Attention to detail and ability to distinguish subtle language nuances.
• * Experience with verbatim, non-verbatim, or legal/medical transcription is a plus but not required.
• Experience
• * Entry-level to experienced transcribers are welcome to apply.
• * Prior transcription experience in media, legal, medical, or corporate sectors is a plus.
