They are seeking an Account Executive to develop and close new business opportunities, manage the sales cycle, and build relationships with customers.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain strong contacts, and networks both within and outside of the CompanyReport into the Divisional Vice President of Software Sales, NAManage entire sales cycle from identification through to close, including presentation, request for proposal responses, contract negotiations and transition to other departments for future servicing as either a software or outsourcing clientUnderstand and articulately communicate feedback on market condition, new opportunities, product penetration strategies and successesOversee, maintain and update sales forecast and CRM systemBe available to travel up to 50% of the timeDevelop and execute sales plans and exceed sales goals through prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing sales opportunitiesDevelop and manage sales pipeline to consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue quotasUse a consultative approach to diagnose our customer's needsRemain highly knowledgeable of company products and target industries to facilitate sales effortsPractice effective, excellent communication with management, customers, and support staffWIN – close deals and acquire new customersDemonstrate a track record of success in bringing in new customers, exceeding quotas, and maximizing revenueUse your interpersonal skills to effectively engage with prospects and customers, getting them excited to speak with you and learn more about our productOperate in a fast-paced environment with a focus and determination to achieve high-quality resultsSkills2+ years of financial technology sales experience to mid-size public companies requiredOutstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly and concisely articulate thought is requiredDemonstrated strength in negotiation, financial and analytical skills requiredProven track record of selling to key audience of financial professionals requiredDemonstrated strength in cold calling to create a pipeline of companies, negotiation, financial and analytical skills requiredProven history of securing new accounts, as well as growing sales across various other channels requiredBachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experienceCompany Overviewinsightsoftware is the most comprehensive provider of solutions for the Office of the CFO.
