Develop and implement engagement and activation strategies to drive awareness and usage of Pfizer products and services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of engagement and activation initiatives.
Conduct market research and utilize data analysis to identify opportunities for increased engagement and activation.
Monitor and analyze engagement and activation metrics to measure the success of strategies and make adjustments as needed.
Lead and manage a team of engagement and activation professionals to ensure goals and objectives are met.
Maintain a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.
Act as a brand ambassador for Pfizer, representing the company at conferences, events, and other industry gatherings.
Monitor and manage budget for engagement and activation initiatives.
Drive continuous improvement and innovation in engagement and activation strategies to stay ahead of competitors.
Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and company policies.
Identify and implement new technologies and tools to enhance engagement and activation efforts.
Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the progress and impact of engagement and activation strategies.
Act as a mentor and leader for team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Stay informed on patient needs and advocate for patient-centric initiatives within the company.
