Enforcement Specialist, IP & Brand Protection

Our client, a leading e-commerce platform, is seeking an Enforcement Specialist to support their IP & Brand Protection team. This temporary role lasts between 10 to 26 weeks and can be performed remotely from out of region. The position involves enforcing policies, managing high-priority workflows, and supporting external escalations within a dedicated Trust and Safety team.
There is no application deadline for this role.
*Enforcement Specialist, IP & Brand Protection Responsibilities:*

* Conduct timely reviews of enforcement workflows, ensuring compliance within established SLA guidelines.
* Respond promptly to complex high-priority requests from law enforcement, government agencies, and third-party requestors.
* Review seller appeals efficiently, adhering to necessary protocols.
* Support external escalations by investigating violative listings and communicating updates to relevant parties.
* Identify and report abuse trends and patterns in enforcement activities.
*Enforcement Specialist, IP & Brand Protection Qualifications:*

* Proven experience in *enforcement, compliance, or trust & safety* roles within *digital or e-commerce environments.*
* Strong understanding of intellectual property policies, brand protection standards, and platform enforcement practices.
* Ability to analyze complex workflows, identify patterns or risks, and *manage high-severity cases with strong attention to detail.*
* Skilled in handling sensitive external requests and escalations professionally, while communicating clearly with internal stakeholders.
* Demonstrated ability to meet productivity and quality targets in fast-paced, *SLA-driven environments.*
* Self-motivated and adaptable, with the ability to work independently and manage evolving priorities.
