Job Description:
As an Aetna Service Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery and utilization of Worklife employee assistance and management consultant resources. You will determine the purpose of customer calls, evaluate customer needs, and provide articulate and professional communication regarding appropriate EAP/Worklife services and resources.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Answering customer calls in a professional and timely manner
Evaluating customer needs and providing relevant information and resources
Recognizing emergency situations and taking necessary action to minimize risk
Conducting research and identifying potential providers and resources
Entering customer data into the EAP system and documenting comments and information thoroughly and professionally
Providing support to colleagues and assisting with administrative tasks as needed
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in a call center environment
Experience in a social, mental, or human services field providing customer support
Bachelor's Degree
Technical requirements: private internet access with a minimum speed of 25mbps/3mbps
