Key Responsibilities

Ā Understand and effectively communicate product information to customers.
Ā Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience and empathy.
Ā Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members.

Ā Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Required Qualifications

Ā Ability to effectively multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Ā Empathy and the ability to handle challenging customer interactions with professionalism.
Ā Attention to detail and the ability to accurately document customer interactions.
Ā Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
Ā Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
Ā Flexibility to work non-traditional hours if required.
Ā Experience with CRM software and knowledge base tools is a plus.
