As our Email Marketing and Content Creation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing email marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and retention. You will be responsible for creating compelling content that resonates with our audience and contributes to our overall marketing objectives. Additionally, you will leverage your expertise in tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Klaviyo to design visually stunning email campaigns and optimize their performance.

• *Responsibilities:**
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to promote products, drive sales, and enhance customer engagement.
• Create captivating content for emails, including copywriting, graphics, and multimedia elements, to effectively communicate our brand message.
• Design visually appealing email templates and landing pages using Adobe Creative Suite tools.
• Segment email lists and personalize content to maximize relevance and effectiveness.
• Monitor and analyze email campaign performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates, to optimize future campaigns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of email marketing initiatives with overall marketing strategies and business goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in email marketing, content creation, and e-commerce to continually improve campaign performance.
• *Requirements:**
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience in email marketing and content creation, preferably in an e-commerce or digital marketing environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo.
• Solid understanding of e-commerce software, including Shopify, Recharge, and Okendo.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas for email campaigns and content.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
